Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club Launches “Where in the World is Eliza Ann?” Facebook Contest

What: Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club announced today a “turtley” awesome contest on their Facebook page, “Where in the World is Eliza Ann?” This past June, in partnership with Anna Maria Island Turtle Watch & Shorebird Monitoring (AMITW), Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club tagged and released a nesting female loggerhead sea turtle – Eliza Ann – in the 10^th Annual Tour de Turtles powered by the Sea Turtle Conservancy. Since then, the mother-to-be has had quite the journey and is currently a “People’s Choice” front-runner in the Tour de Turtles. You can track her journey here.

Beginning today, Waterline is asking contestants where they think Eliza Ann will be on October 1^st for a chance to win a local destination package to the highly anticipated resort opening on Anna Maria Island this fall.

Prize includes:

• Two nights in a 2-Bedroom Suite at Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club
• Dinner at Eliza Ann’s Coastal Kitchen
• Complimentary bikes for half a day
• Beach Paddleboards for up to 2 hours

When: Starting Monday, September 18^th contestants will be able to enter by visiting Waterline’s Facebook page and commenting on the contest post with their projected coordinates. They will have until midnight on Monday, September 25^th to enter and the winner will be announced on Monday, October 2^nd.
