Chef Green will oversee all culinary operations at the hotel, including the signature restaurant Prologue Dining & Drinks, the rooftop Oliver’s Twist Bar & View and catering for on-property private events.

Now driving the culinary narrative, Chef Green brings a colorful culinary background and more than a decade of management experience to the hotel. Drawing on his Jamaican background, he has developed a diverse culinary style with mouth-watering menu specialties. He most recently was the executive chef at the prestigious Atlanta National Golf Club, where he honed his expertise in hospitality. Prior to that, he was executive sous chef at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta and a multi-unit sous chef of LaGuardia Airport in New York, where he oversaw operations of seven dining outlets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Trilith Guesthouse’s signature, street-level Prologue Dining & Drinks combines culinary creativity with a menu that pays tribute to the diverse tapestry of Southern heritage. Infused with locally sourced ingredients, the dishes celebrate the region’s vibrant flavors and traditions, creating a comforting yet sophisticated atmosphere that invites guests to savor the art of breaking bread together.
