(Aug. 29, 2025) – Stay Sojo, the furnished living brand by Mainsail Lodging & Development, has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract (#47QMCB25D000R under Special Item Number (SIN) 531110 – Long-Term Lodging), opening the door for expanded partnerships with U.S. government agencies nationwide. This prestigious designation streamlines the procurement process, making it easier for federal buyers to secure Stay Sojo’s fully furnished apartment homes for extended stays of 30 nights or more.

The MAS contract positions Stay Sojo as a pre-approved vendor for a wide range of agencies, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Defense, providing greater access for both individual travelers and large-scale group housing needs.
