CARY, N.C. (Sept. 10, 2025) – Mainsail Lodging & Development, together with Ross Hotel Partners, global real estate firm Hines, and architecture and design firm BRPH, today revealed the name and brand identity for Cary’s newest hotel: The Pagemore Hotel at Fenton, a seven-story, 186-room Tribute Portfolio property set to open in fall 2027.
Celebrated with a colorful brand reveal event at Fenton, the announcement introduced The Pagemore as Cary’s newest social hub, where fearless design, inventive dining, and versatile gathering spaces will welcome locals and visitors alike. With a signature Eastern Mediterranean restaurant, lively lobby bar, playful all-day coffee concept, and more than 6,000 square feet of event space, The Pagemore is poised to become a dynamic anchor within Fenton and a vibrant new entry to Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio.
Designed by BRPH with bold lines, expressive interiors, and subtle nods to Cary’s history, The Pagemore blends elegance with edge. The hotel will feature 186 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites; Barouk, a signature Eastern Mediterranean restaurant with terrace dining; a lobby bar and coffee concept; flexible meeting and event space for up to 200 guests; and a cutting-edge Culinary Theatre. Curated art, live music, and immersive programming throughout will invite guests and locals alike to connect over culture, cuisine, and community.
The brand reveal event gathered local business and tourism officials, media, partners, and stakeholders for a first look at the hotel’s name, logo, and brand story. Guests were treated to renderings, concept visuals, and design inspiration, along with remarks from the development and design team. The program concluded with light refreshments, photo opportunities, and a colorful celebration outside the future hotel site.
“Today we celebrate more than a name – we celebrate a vision taking shape,” said Joe Collier, President & Founder of Mainsail Lodging & Development. “The Pagemore is about possibility: creating a hotel that reflects Cary’s spirit, fuels economic vitality, and offers an experience that’s both sophisticated and a little mischievous. Today’s event is the first step in sharing that story with the community and the world.”
Developed in collaboration with Ross Hotel Partners, designed by BRPH, and anchored within Hines’ transformative Fenton district, The Pagemore Hotel represents a collective vision for Cary’s future. Tribute Portfolio, part of Marriott Bonvoy®, brings global recognition to the project while celebrating its indie character and community-driven spirit.
