Mainsail Lodging & Development Receives Two Prestigious Awards at Marriott International’s 2023 MINA & Full Service Owners Conference

TAMPA, Fla. Marriott Jr. Guest Experience Award and Marriott Bonvoy Luminary Award. The awards were presented during Marriott International’s Full Service Owners Conference (MINA), Dec. 3-5, in the Cayman Islands.

Marriott’s annual two-day conference brings together full-service owners, franchisees, and management companies from across the country for the MINA member meeting that encompasses keynote speakers, senior leadership sessions, networking, and the award ceremony. The J.W. Marriott Jr. Guest Experience Award recognizes hotels and organizations that are the best of the best and exemplify Marriott’s Take Care Culture by achieving extraordinary guest satisfaction scores. The Marriott Bonvoy Luminary Award recognizes those properties that have not only achieved admirable guest satisfaction scores, but also are the very best in taking care of Marriott Bonvoy Elite members.
