Innovation Hotel Names Victoria Walther Group Sales Manager

NAPLES, Fla. (March 8, 2021) — Innovation Hotel has named Victoria Walther Group Sales Manager of the 169-room, state-of-the-art hotel catering to the exacting needs and high expectations of executive level medical and corporate meetings. Walther will oversee all sales efforts for the hotel, working to generate new business and increase revenue in the medical meetings market and the local and regional corporate meetings market. Opened in early 2020, Innovation Hotel is located adjacent to the corporate headquarters of Arthrex, a global medical device company, which utilizes the hotel to accommodate  surgeons and other leading medical professionals from around the world.

Walther brings more than three decades of hospitality experience to her role. Prior to joining Innovation Hotel, Walther was National Sales Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she was recognized as a Golden Circle Achiever and Pinnacle Award Achiever for her performance in sales production and revenue management. During her time at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, she also    created and developed the Golf Group market for The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, where she also assisted in the execution of corporate, association and non-profit events.

Walther began her career at the InterContinental Hotel Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. When the property was purchased by Westin Hotels & Resort, Walther was asked to stay on as Sales Manager and was later nominated South East Region Sales Manager of the Year. She earned her degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.
