Hotel Forty Five Hosting Two-Day Hospitality Job Fair

WHO:
Hotel Forty Five, slated to open early next year in downtown Macon, Georgia. Situated on the iconic wedge formed by Cherry and First Street, and Cotton Avenue, the 94-room boutique hotel will be the city’s first member of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio and the first hotel in Macon’s Historic Central Business District.

WHAT:
Hotel Forty Five is hosting a hospitality job fair to fill a wide range of full- and part-time positions, including management, supervisors, hosts, servers, bartenders, room attendants, sous chef, line cooks, baristas, housekeepers, maintenance technicians, HR, accounting and more. Applications and a full list of positions are available online. Candidates are asked to bring their resume and wear a mask during the event.

More than just a hotel, this lifestyle boutique will create an entirely new space for tourists and locals alike to catch up with friends or share the latest gossip. Every corner of Hotel Forty Five will tell a story of the area’s historical significance, reawakening the spirit of Macon through its timeless decor and artful elements and attracting a new traveler eager to connect with the community. Opening along with the hotel will be three new dining venues: Hightales Rooftop Bar, located on the sixth-floor rooftop; Loom, the hotel’s street-level, chef-driven restaurant; and the eclectic Reckon Coffee & Wine Bar.
