WHO:               Loom, the signature restaurant inside downtown Macon’s historic Hotel Forty Five. Loom celebrates traditional southern cooking using locally sourced, artisanal ingredients to create carefully crafted cuisine best described as Southern Revival with equal parts of tradition and innovation.

WHAT:              Loom at Hotel Forty Five is celebrating the most wonderful time of year by offering a family-style Christmas feast. Guests are invited to indulge in a specially curated Christmas dinner menu featuring seasonal favorites and innovative dishes crafted by Loom’s talented culinary team. At $60 per adult, $25 for children (6-12), and complimentary for children 5 and under, the feast includes:

Starter – Baked Brie for the table; Garlic-Herb Butter, Spiced-fig Jam, Sage Honey, Almonds, Toast
Salads – Little Gem Salad with 12-hour Tomatoes, Shaved Red Onion, Bleu Cheese and Basil Cream; or Roasted Apples & Dates Salad with Greens, Chevre Goat Cheese and Simple Vinaigrette
Main Course (Choose One) – Herb Crusted Prime Rib with Chimichurri Horseradish and Natural Au Jus; Braised Lamb Shank with Root Vegetables; or Half Chicken with Herb Butter and Micro Greens
Sides (Choose Two) – Creamed Red Potatoes; Duck Fat Pee Wee Potatoes; Creamed Corn; Charred Lemon Oil Broccolini; and Parmesan Cauliflower
Dessert – Chocolate Mousse or Crème Brûlée with Peppermint Creme
