WHO: Downtown Macon’s historic boutique Hotel Forty Five and its lively Hightales Rooftop Bar, chef-driven Loom Comfort Kitchen & Cocktails, and artisan-inspired Reckon Coffee & Wine Bar.
WHAT: As Macon’s beloved Cherry Blossom Festival returns, Hotel Forty Five is offering a lineup of themed food and beverage experiences throughout the property. Festival-inspired cocktails, pink-accented dishes, and special dining events will give locals and visitors multiple ways to celebrate downtown during the city’s signature spring tradition.

Celebrate parade day on Loom’s patio from 3 to 4 p.m. with a festive cookout offering:
• Open-faced bao with hoisin pork belly and pink pickled slaw
• Chicken kabobs with spicy harissa aioli
• Lamb sliders with feta, tomato, and shaved onion on soft potato rolls
• Specialty drinks including Strawberry Moscow Mules, Pink Lemon Drops, and local beers.
Pink Tie Five-Course Dinner | March 25
Loom Comfort Kitchen & Cocktails will host an intimate prix-fixe Pink Tie dinner from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring seasonal ingredients and cherry-inspired flavors.
Priced at $125 per person, the five-course menu includes:
• Gulf Snapper Crudo
• Seared Foie Gras with Yellow Grits
• Charred Parsnips with Sakura-Pickled Relish
• Joyce Farms Duck Breast with Cherry Demi
• Black Cherry Cheesecake
