WHAT:
Loom, Hotel Forty Five’s signature dining outlet, will be celebrating Mother’s Day with curated specials that will please all of the moms and moms at heart. These delectable menu items will be served in addition to Loom’s traditional brunch menu. Specials include:

• Avocado Toast (wheatberry toast with fire roasted tomato avocado pesto spread and poached eggs)
• Smoked Salmon Omelet (red onion, cream cheese and garnished with fried capers)
• Filet Oscar (roasted garlic potato puree and asparagus, topped with blackened lump crab hollandaise)
• Chocolate Chip Pancakes (warm maple syrup and whipped cream)
• Strawberry Cheesecake (topped with chocolate ganache and finished with white chocolate sauce)

With the purchase of an entrée, mom receives a complimentary mimosa with the choice of flavors of orange, cranberry or pineapple juice.
