The festivities include a Friendsgiving-themed culinary class, themed cocktails and holiday buffet
ATLANTA (Nov. 16, 2022) – This year, Epicurean Atlanta, Midtown’s only culinary-focused hotel, will offer a variety of Thanksgiving specials and festivities for all local and visiting epicures to enjoy. These craveable offerings include a Friendsgiving-themed Epicurean Theatre class, a Thanksgiving buffet and cocktails from both Reverence and The Office Bar.
Kicking off the holiday season, the Epicurean Theatre will host a Thanksgiving-themed culinary class that’s ideal to celebrate with friends. “A Perfectly Paired Friendsgiving,” hosted on Friday, November 18 from 5:30-7 p.m. in partnership with Kelly Cornett of A Cork in the Road, will offer an educational tasting of six varietals of wine and Thanksgiving-inspired bites along with wine pairing tips to use at home this holiday season. Each ticket is $55 and includes complimentary two-hour valet validation. Additionally, guests who dine at one of Epicurean Atlanta’s on-site restaurants after the event will receive 10 percent off their total bill.
On Thanksgiving Day, Epicurean Atlanta’s signature restaurant, will present a holiday dinner buffet from 2-9 p.m. Menu items include traditional Thanksgiving menu items with a twist, including a carving station with citrus herb turkey and toppings like basil cranberry sauce and country gravy, cauliflower stuffing, parmesan green bean salad, honey lavender biscuits and assorted artisan rolls with compound butters. The buffet is available for $25 for children 12 and under and $75 for adults. For a more laid-back approach to Thanksgiving Day, guests can visit The Office Bar for light bites such as an artisanal cheese board and deconstructed Caesar salad along with festive cocktails. To accommodate all football fanatics, The Office Bar will offer $22 draft pitchers, creating the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy NFL games all day long.
Patrons looking for a holiday happy hour spot to get their festive cocktail fix without the dreaded Christmas bar lines can visit The Office Bar and Reverence with seasonal cocktail specials running from mid-November to New Year’s Day. Festive cocktails from Office Bar include Lemon Pound Caketail (rum limon, limoncello, cinnamon, lemon bitters, served over ice with a honey and graham cracker crust rim) and Under the Mistletoe (tequila, lime juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, cinnamon, spiced simple syrup, garnished with sugared cranberries, rosemary and dried citrus). Similarly, at Reverence, festive cocktails include Earl Grey Holiday Toddy (bourbon whiskey, lemon, honey, cinnamon, served warm & steeped with early grey tea) and Ornamentini (hibiscus infused vodka, dry curacao, lemon juice, falernum liquor, served in an ornament sphere atop shaved ice and garnished with rosemary).
