Reports to: Operations Manager
The Property Manager, manages on-site customer service and related duties for residents of Mainsail Beach Inn on Anna Maria Island, with minimal supervision.
Minimum education required for competent performance:
High school graduate.
Minimum experience (number of months/years and type of work experience beyond formal education):
Minimum (2) years hospitality / customer service experience.
Essential knowledge, skills, equipment used, and abilities needed.
Minimum typing speed 65wpm Internet
Microsoft office computer programs Multi-line phone
general office equipment (to include fax, copier, postal machine).
GM, Sales, Inventory Manager, GM – constantly, Leasing/Apartment community staff-constantly Operations/Housekeeping – constantly
Vendors – regularly
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching– constantly
Bending, kneeling – occasionally
Hand mobility – grasping, utilizing key pads – constantly
Must be able to read and understand directions.
Must be able to communicate with guest/customers/vendors to understand needs and convey solutions.
