Reports to: Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Banquet Captain
Banquet Servers will be responsible of the dining experience to include greeting the guest, serving the guest in a gracious and professional manner that represents the highest of standards to ensure exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Autograph Collection standards under the franchise of Mainsail.

Ensure successful performance assisting guests with an exceptional experience to ensure high performing scores on the GSS according to Marriott.
Education & Experience
NOTICE: The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates form their accustomed shift as business demands. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
