National Account Coordinator – Platform Accounts

JOB SUMMARY

The National Account Coordinator (NAC) for Platform Accounts is the point of contact for Stay Sojo’s portal and platform business, servicing their furnished living needs nationally. The NAC will work within the portal to respond to and manage all sales inquiries, and advocate for all business within the portal. The goal is to win more business, increase Stay Sojo’s conversion percentage, and generate more revenue.

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education & Experience:

  • Corporate housing experience required.
  • Experience in corporate housing systems (Oscar, CRM, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite) a plus, but not required.
  • An associate degree, or equivalent, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by staff and guests.
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
  • Must be detail orientated.

 

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS

Essential:

  • Must be a fast-paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner with outstanding customer service.
  • Must be able to offer and implement creative solutions in the selling process.
  • Ownership – Goes out of his/her way to complete a job and has relentless drive to achieve results; is independent and self-directed. Takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of the details of all new accounts onboarded to the portal.
  • Represent the client and portal as a single point of contact providing housing solutions specific to the needs identified in the inquiry.
  • Function as client advocate and strategic resource for overall client issues in the areas of billing, policy, cost management, customer service, and operations.
  • Market the Stay Sojo brand through effective relationship building.
  • Support Account Executives and ensure client’s negotiated rates and contract specifics are addressed to achieve client satisfaction/retention, expansion of services, and full utilization of supplier networks.
  • Drive and implement technology solutions to enhance client/guest user experience.
  • Collaborate with other Stay Sojo resources to produce and execute timely delivery of any required customized client reports.
  • Drive customer loyalty by understanding client’s needs and making recommendations based on those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work with sales team to present innovative ideas, process improvements, and product enhancements to improve overall service to Stay Sojo clients.
  • Work with local AMs and national wholesale partners to source options for inquiries.
  • Collaborate with market AMs and GMs to share best practices that have resulted in wins in an effort to increase conversion.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
