As Fenway’s signature restaurant, HEW Parlor & Chophouse features a contemporary interpretation of classic chophouse design, with a Scottish accent and an open kitchen with interactive experiences. Hi-Fi Rooftop Bar is a gathering place for visitors and locals alike to enjoy breathtaking views over St. Joseph Sound, while savoring craft cocktails and small plates.
The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for preparing the kitchen in a multitude of tasks to include the day to day preparation of the meals within all the F & B outlets and to continually uphold the standards in accordance to the Autograph Collection standards under the franchise of Mainsail Lodging & Development.
Ensure successful performance assisting guests with an exceptional experience to ensure high performing scores on the GSS according to Marriott.
