Reports to: Kitchen Supervisor/Sous Chef/Executive Chef
The Kitchen Steward will be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff with all their pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware to ensure they are readily available for all activities within the hotel. The Kitchen Steward is to uphold the Wylie Hotel standards and Mainsail Lodging & Development standards.
