Take your existing customer service and/or hospitality skills to a higher level. Be in the driver’s seat to make great things happen for every guest who stays with Mainsail Corporate Housing.
We are currently seeking a Guest Support Coordinator to join our team. If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic, face-paced environment, works well with a team, and has a “customer service spirit” that pushes you to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay in their furnished apartment, then we want you!
Full-time position typically Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday or Sunday /
8-hour shifts ranging between 8:30 am – 7:00 pm.

As a Guest Support Coordinator you must have great telephone presentation, excellent grammar and writing skills, be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and be well organized. You should also be friendly, energetic, and assertive as well.
