We are currently seeking a Guest Support Coordinator to join our team.  If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic, face-paced environment, works well with a team, and has a “customer service spirit” that pushes you to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay in their furnished apartment, then we want you!


Full-time position typically Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday or Sunday /

8-hour shifts ranging between 8:30 am – 7:00 pm.

Key Features of your Day

  • Guest Service Requests Management
  • Service Requests – enter / manage daily service requests and log updates and resolutions as received
  • Work directly with operations staff, apartment communities, industry partners to inquire and assist with service requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to industry partners and guests at all times, proactively communicating issues/problems and follow up after the resolution of the issue

Guest Services Communication

  • Manage guest arrival status -update system.
  • Manage guest departure status -Send/Contact each guest prior to departure to confirm departure intentions and update system. Send departure instructions when appropriate.
  • Apartment Community/Vendor Relations
  • Work closely with the apartment community teams and vendors to ensure good relations and prompt attention to guests needs.
  • Other
  • Review inspections of furnished apartments to ensure everything is as promised to the guest.
  • Work closely with multiple teams in various cities to ensure consistent guest service.
  • Other duties or projects as may be assigned.

Best Candidates will Have

  • 1+ year customer service experience in a similar field of work. Previous corporate housing or multi-family experience a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Genuine desire to help others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

As a Guest Support Coordinator you must have great telephone presentation, excellent grammar and writing skills, be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and be well organized. You should also be friendly, energetic, and assertive as well.
