 Are you the one to take our guests’ experience to astonishingly high levels?

Take your existing customer service and/or hospitality skills to a consistent level of above and beyond.  Be in the driver’s seat to make great things happen for every guest that stays with Stay Sojo Corporate Housing.  Anticipate the guest needs by connecting with them from the start and staying engaged serving as their personal concierge. Being creative by delighting each guest unexpectedly with every stay.

We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Concierge to join our team.  If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic, face paced environment, works well with a team, and has a “customer service spirit” that pushes you to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay, then we want you!

 Full Time position Monday – Friday 8-hour shift between 8:30 am – 5:30 pm with an occasional weekend spot check of package notifications.  Remote eligible 2 to 3 times a week.

 Key Features of your Day

  • Introduction Call – contacting our guests once confirmed verifying their upcoming reservation, answering questions of their apartment home and/or community and adding specialty item(s) requested.
  • Pre-Arrival Call – confirms arrival procedures have been received and answer any questions to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
  • Welcome Calls – places a call to our guests welcoming them to their temporary home offering assistance in creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay; Address any concerns and/or providing additional items requested.
  • Get to know each guest and keep personal files updated of guest specifics for return visits
  • Creatively adding an element of surprise prior or during each stay
  • Wellness calls throughout the guests stay to create brand trust and loyalty
  • Enter / manage daily service requests received by guests with constant communication of updates and resolutions as received
  • Work directly with operations staff and apartment communities to assist with completion of service requests
  • Departure Instructions – provide easy and clear departure instructions to each guest

Best Candidates will Have

  • Customer service experience in a similar field of work.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High emotional and interpersonal intelligence
  • Genuine desire to help others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with guests
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

As a Guest Experience Concierge, you must have great telephone presentation, excellent grammar and writing skills, be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and well organized. You should also be friendly, energetic, and assertive as well.
