Reports to: Hotel General Manager
In the heart of Macon, a new culinary and hotel destination will arrive in January 2022! A vibrant Restaurant, bustling Coffee Shop, breath taking Rooftop Bar and trend setting function space is waiting for an innovative and visionary Executive Chef. This position manages the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food service outlets for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations. This position is expected to achieve profitable, competitive, quality products.
Start Date: October 1st
Promote sense of ownership towards use of all controllables and equipment. Ensure all silver is clean and in presentable condition.
