Hiring Staff and Supervisors for CULINARY:

  • Lead Line Cooks
  • Cooks I, II, III, Pastry: (2-5 years experience)
  • Sushi (4-5 years experience)
  • Pizza Cook (3-4 years experience)
  • Butcher (3 years experience)

Hourly Rates: $ 14 – $ 19

  • Commis I, II: (2-4 years experience)  $12-$13 / hr
  • Stewards (I, II, Lead, Supervisor) (0-5 years experience)  $ 12-$15 / hr
  • Purchasing Manager (4-5 years experience)  $ 18-$24 /hr
