We are currently seeking an Account Executive experienced in Strategic Outside Sales and Business Development to join our Oakwood team. **This position is based in our Nashville Market, with our Oakwood franchisee, Mainsail Housing of Nashville, LLC / Hours are typically 8:30 – 5:30 plus after hours networking events**

As the Account Executive you will provide strategic outside sales and business development for the market. With the primary responsibility to find and develop relationships with local businesses in need of temporary housing. As an Account Executive, you must be self-motivated and driven to succeed; you must be results driven, have superior negotiation skills, and the ability to persevere in challenging situations. You need to have the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to engage a variety of audiences and convey information in a compelling way that garners positive results. In addition, the Account Executive should have great telephone and in person presentation, excellent grammar and writing skills, and be creative, and well organized. They should also be friendly, energetic and assertive and should maintain professional relationships with clients.
